Everyone deserves to be loved. Love is as important for the survival of our soul as oxygen is important for our life. At times, you may find yourself at the lowest ebb of your life and feel like simply giving up. You may feel like there is very little value you hold in a world so big. You may feel like there is no love left for you in this world, and thus there is no point for you to carry on.
But you are wrong. Self-love is the most significant step in mending your soul and attaining a peaceful state of mind at all times.
Here are some steps for you to start practicing self-love from our long distance healers.
1) Have a Purpose!
Wake up every morning with a feeling of purpose. Set realistic long and short-term goals and first thing in the morning for you to do is to think about them and aspire to achieve them
2) Start from Doing Small Things
Long distance healers believe that once you achieve as simple as a task of making your own bed, motivation to carry on with the day will come to you at ease.
3) Tell Yourself Your Worth
Don’t forget to face your biggest alter ego of all time; your mirror. Tell that person on the other side of that they are loved and you are proud of them. Yes, there are better people in the world but they are not stopping you to become what you really want to. Dream big and do something about it.
Shut your mind for a few couple of minutes and focus on balancing peace, positivity, and patience. Discharge all the negative energy in your body that is keeping you from being the best version of yourself.
5) Eat Heathy
Nourish your body with the right nutrients. Make your own healthy breakfast, and take you time while you make it. Don’t haste into it. Cut sugar off your diet and eat more green and more fruits.
6) Surround Yourself with Positivity
Take a stroll in a park, see the beauty around you. Appreciate little things in life that you probably don’t realize mean so much. Be grateful for the healthy mean on the plate before you; be grateful to the friend and family with whom you can share your feeling; be grateful to your job; be grateful to your body for being so strong and steadfast.
7) End Toxic Relationships
There are always going to be people who will tell you that you are not worth it, or you not good enough. Shut them out. Everyone has haters, and hating is what haters do the best. There is no need for you to surround yourself with such people when you are so gorgeous and so fine just the way you are.
8) Forgive and Give
The best advice from long distance healers for you to start loving your self is probably the hardest; forgive and give. Forgiving will lighten your soul and it will do more good to you than the person who has hurt you. Forgiving will make you a better person, but don’t just stop there. Be generous, be kind to others and give charity, smile and hugs.
